By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

  2.  Our products We take great care to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours and measurements are as accurate as possible. As our products are handmade, small variations in pattern placement, stitching, texture and finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of a handmade product. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Where a product is described as handmade or made to order, this means that it may be made specifically after you place your order.
  3. Placing an order When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been received. We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect price, unavailable fabric or an error in the product information. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where required.
  4. Prices and payment All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£). The price payable is the price displayed at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges. We aim to ensure that all prices and product information are accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order. Payment must be completed when placing your order unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Made-to-order products Some Foyer & Fable products are made to order. Where a product is made to order, this will be stated on the product listing. We will provide an estimated timeframe for making the item. Because each piece is handmade, please allow the stated preparation time before dispatch. If you have requested a personalised item or a product made specifically to your specifications, different cancellation rights may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
  6. Delivery We will send your order to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service used. We will aim to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on the relevant product listing. If there is an unexpected delay, we will do our best to keep you informed. For online orders, applicable consumer rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.
  7. Returns and refunds Our full Returns & Refunds Policy explains your cancellation, return and refund rights. Nothing in these Terms of Service removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.   8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@foyerandfable.co.uk. Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  9. Our website We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, completely error-free or free from technical issues. We may occasionally update, amend or remove website content, products or information.

Intellectual property All content on the Foyer & Fable website, including our name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, designs and written content, belongs to Foyer & Fable or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

  14. Governing law These Terms of Service are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any applicable consumer rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought.
