At Foyer & Fable, every order is carefully handmade, packaged and prepared with love before making its way to you.
Processing & dispatch
Our products are handmade, so please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the individual product listing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
UK delivery
We currently offer delivery within the UK. Delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service and circumstances outside our control.
Made-to-order items
Some of our products are made to order. Where this applies, the product listing will tell you the expected preparation time.
Please allow the stated preparation time in addition to the delivery time.
If you order several items with different preparation times, your order may be dispatched once all items are ready.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at: info@foyerandfable.co.uk
Please include your order number so that we can look into this for you.
While we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or circumstances outside our control, we’ll always do our best to help locate your parcel and resolve the issue.
Incorrect delivery information
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you realise that you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@foyerandfable.co.uk.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Damaged parcels
We package every order carefully, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@foyerandfable.co.uk, ideally including photographs of the packaging and item.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
